An instructor with over 20 years of teaching movement meditation arts, and certifications in classical Tai Chi from the American Chen Taiji Society and the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi. Josie has also studied in China with Master Zhou in Wudang Mountain and trains others to lead the practice.
