Tapping Qigong is a type of Self-Massage
Self-massage is good for the body, and when you add awareness of mind and breath, you are doing Qigong! Breathe, move, and tap your body as you say and think encouraging words. Tapping is good listening and self-compassion practice. There are many kinds of tapping, and it is all good for you! Practiced by millions of people all over the world, there is also growing scientific evidence that tapping can change you mentally and biologically!

Tapping Qigong User Group on Zoom

Come to one or all the sessions in the month when you join this group. We will do 3 different kinds of tapping, and always do some EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). We share tapping techniques and tapping scripts. A little breathing and moving and socializing are also part of this group activity.
Sign up for the month when you make a donation to come to any or all sessions. You can make a donation of whatever amount feels right for you. It is not a recurring fee. Your donation is a way to support the group and say thank you.
Sessions are 45 minutes and are not a substitute for medical care or professional counseling. Please check with your health support team to make sure Qigong is okay for you to do if you have concerns. We respect your privacy and hold the intent to create a safe space. The sessions will not be recorded. Thank you!
