Private Lessons and Training

For over 24 years, I have taught mind-body classes for special audiences and have developed curriculum and have been part of training teams for Tai Chi and Qigong teachers. From the beginning, I have done private lessons and trainings with individuals who have needed support or who have wanted in-depth coaching, personalized teaching and specialized care and attention that is not possible in group settings or group instruction. One-on-one training can provide the support and attention you need at special times in your life. It is gratifying to cultivate the energy of clear communication and respect when practicing meditative movement arts.

In many ways, having harmonious relationship with others is another great reason to practice. How you are (how you move, how you breathe, how you speak) around another person is a true test of your meditative movement and awareness skills.

  • [The] pain and numbness on the back of my left hand predominately the back of my index and middle fingers has significantly improved; she's also taught me how to better cope with the remaining numbness and occasional pain that I may experience at times.

  • I appreciate her candor and sense of humor as I moved through challenges. It made it easier for me to let go and not judge myself in the process. She is so lovely to work with.
