Restore yourself with gentle Qigong: Let the stillness heal you

For over 20 years, I have taught mind-body classes for special audiences. For the last nine years, I have taught classes at pain centers and have worked with people one-on-one as part of the functional restoration programs that help people who live with pain find greater mobility and better stress management to help their pain situations. While these restorative Qigong and Tai Chi classes are not a pain treatment in and of themselves, they can be part of your self-care management that helps you find peace in your situation and manage your life better.

Please consult with your health care providers to make sure the practice of meditative movement is suitable for you.
