Restorative Qigong Series on Zoom 2024 Holiday Special

In this is a class we will do repetitions of the standard eight movements Baduanjin Qigong (also known as Eight Brocades Qigong) coordinated with breath and posture awareness. The Eight Brocades are considered classic Qigong that makes for a simple and effective practice for restoring bodily systems to their natural state of harmonious flow. Classes are 45 minutes, scheduled for different dates (see additional info below) around the holidays, and feature shaking Qigong, and guided meditation at the end + socializing and tea (totally optional).
