Presented by certified instructor, Josie Weaver, Empowered Relief is a pain skills class developed by pain psychologist, Dr. Beth Darnall, PhD, from Stanford University. Based on mindbody principles to turn the brain away from pain, participants learn skills for managing the stress of pain and thus orienting the brain and nervous system away from pain. Registration includes:
